Job Summary
Project Leader Procurement, Supply Chain and Logistics (Hamburg) leads design and delivery of strategic material-flow solutions, standardization of flows across cabin-, equipment-, and standard parts procurement, and acts as the main liaison with global suppliers. Responsibilities include leading large cross-functional project teams, managing external work packages, driving end-to-end process standardization, and deploying innovative logistics concepts with a focus on SAP-EWM integration and operational readiness. Requires a Master’s degree and 5+ years in supply chain/industrial management, plus leadership experience in hybrid/agile environments and PM certification. Proficiency in SAP and WMS is essential. Located at Airbus Operations GmbH in Hamburg with on-site/in-person work.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain, finance or industrial management
- Leadership experience as a project or senior work package leader within hybrid and agile environments
- Project management experience with LBIP context, formal PM certification
- High proficiency in SAP (supply chain modules) and local Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Experience working on the supplier side is a distinct advantage
- Strong communication, influencing, and analytical skills
Desired Qualifications
