Job Summary
Lead multiple client projects across sectors in Africa, solving complex problems and designing impactful solutions while coaching Analysts and Associates and collaborating with Partners and Principals; drive outcomes, oversee project management and milestones, support business development and new idea origination, and build deep networks with development partners and investors. Strong client service, communication, and analytical skills, with professional fluency in English and French and work authorization in both Abidjan and Dakar.
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of proven experience at a top global management consulting firm, investment firm, or experience as an entrepreneur or leader in a high-growth business with significant responsibility for deliverables and client service
- MBA or advanced degree helpful but not required
- Ability to effectively work with clients at all levels and backgrounds
- Experience in Africa is preferred but not required
- Experience managing teams and coaching junior team members
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Professional fluency in English and French is required
- Work authorization in both locations is a prerequisite for employment
