Project Leader, Labelling

Job Summary
Lead multiple labeling projects within a product labeling program from initiation through closure, ensuring labeling changes are produced and implemented at the manufacturing plant. Facilitate meetings and communicate with stakeholders to meet schedules and scope, collaborate with global manufacturing plants and stakeholders to drive project completion, monitor projects throughout their lifecycle to mitigate risks, resolve issues, and address resource constraints. Requires collaboration across global teams, strong interpersonal skills, and proficiency with MS Office and change-management processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years of experience in project management or change management
- Experience in project management within a regulated/pharmaceutical labeling environment preferred
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, SharePoint)
- Understanding of labeling, translation, change control processes and data management systems
- Experience with global cross-functional team meetings
- Knowledge of Microsoft Project is a plus
