Job Summary
Prepare engineering documentation for internal and external partners regarding the Equipment & Packages Engineering work package. Take ownership of purchasing lots and deliverables to ensure they meet time, quality, and budget targets. Lead an engineering team responsible for the work package scope, managing supplier negotiations, resource planning, and cross-country communication. Achieve sub-project objectives across time, quality, and financial aspects while coordinating with Zurich and international teams. This role supports Kanadevia Inova's mission to transform waste into energy, heat, hydrogen, and fertilizer through advanced waste-to-X technology.
Required Qualifications
- Mechanical engineering bachelor's degree
- 5+ years' experience in technical management of projects in energy, oil&gas or similar sectors
- Good mechanical & process knowledge on rotating and static equipment
- Team-leading/collaboration, negotiation skills and resilience
- Fluency in English, Italian or other languages
