Job Summary
Lead the overall delivery of Europe-wide data centre construction projects, ensuring safe, on-schedule, within-budget completion to the highest quality standards. Manage cost, schedule, and budget from inception through completion; oversee subcontractors, vendors, and consultants; coordinate multidisciplinary activities; lead client and coordination meetings; track critical milestones; review proposals, pricing, and scopes of work; provide data-driven insights and recommendations influencing costs; demonstrate knowledge of construction procurement methods and long-lead equipment delivery; validate cost estimates from stakeholders; maintain strong communication with clients and internal teams to ensure successful project execution.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in a similar role
- Strong organisational, communication, and time management skills
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and other relevant project management tools
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage subcontractors, and coordinate multidisciplinary project activities
- Commercially astute, with a strong understanding of project financial management and cost control
- Capable of working under pressure to meet demanding schedules while maintaining the highest quality and safety standards
