Project Lead

Job Summary
Lead the overall delivery of the project, ensuring safety, on-schedule, on-budget completion and high-quality standards. Manage cost, schedule, and budget from inception through completion; coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and consultants; analyze milestones to prevent delays; review proposals, pricing, and scopes of work. Lead client meetings and coordination sessions; monitor costs and provide data-driven insights; manage procurement methods and long-lead equipment delivery; validate cost estimates; support design decisions during design-build changes; track equipment availability; coordinate scheduling reviews with project controls; review and approve invoices and retention payments; oversee handover to the client, including close-out documentation, warranties, and final deliverables.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Strong organisational, communication, and time management skills.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and other relevant project management tools.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage subcontractors, and coordinate multidisciplinary project activities.
- Commercially astute, with a strong understanding of project financial management and cost control.
