Job Summary
Maintain Authority to Operate (ATO) for IT systems and identify current security postures while researching and designing solutions to security requirements. Provide guidance, management, and leadership for a geographically dispersed team of security engineers, ensuring all documentation deliverables are accurate before final submission. Document and submit status reports and invoice data, then interface with government and senior leadership to review and ensure security compliance. Work independently in a fast-paced environment using MS Office Suite, requiring a CISSP or CISM and 15 years of security compliance experience. This hybrid role involves four days on-site in Annapolis Junction, Maryland or Colorado Springs, with travel for weeklong assignments four to five times annually.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 15 years of related security compliance experience
- CISSP or CISM
- Must be able to pass a comprehensive background investigation required to obtain a Government suitability determination
- Work in Annapolis Junction, Maryland or Colorado Springs, Colorado
- Hybrid role with 4 days of work on site each week
- Travel 4-5 times per year for weeklong assignments
- Must have excellent English verbal and written skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple teams, stakeholders, and SMEs
- Must be willing to sign a binding letter of commitment
- Can start 2 to 3 weeks after notification of contract award

- Alternative analysis and recommendations
- Document and submit status reports and invoice data
- Review documentation deliverables for accuracy and correctness prior to final submission
- Interface with and report up to government and TSTC senior leadership
- Review and ensure security compliance deliverables are accurate and correct
- Skilled in MS Office Suite
- Work independently, proactively identify and complete tasks
