Job Summary
You will lead strategic and operational aspects of digitalization, transformation, and innovation projects in Tax & Accounting. Responsibilities include creating project plans, preparing decision templates, managing task distributions, deadlines, budgets, and reporting. You will oversee interdisciplinary project teams and ensure effective communication with stakeholders. Ideal candidates possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or a comparable field, substantial project management experience in Tax or Accounting, and are skilled in both agile and classical project management methodologies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Several years of experience as a project manager
- Proficient in agile and traditional project management methods
- Fluent in German and English, written and spoken
Desired Qualifications
- Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA)
- Experience in Tax and Accounting projects
- Proficiency in project management tools (Wrike, MS Project, Planner)
