Job Summary
Execute project management activities including regular meetings, risk assessments, release gate preparations, and governance tasks. Gather and analyze business requirements for Kinaxis Maestro and ERP solutions, then communicate status, risks, and updates to stakeholders. Coordinate ERP testing, data migration, and end-user training while organizing workshops to define business processes. Monitor project progress against timelines and quality standards, preparing monthly status reports and maintaining documentation. Schedule stakeholder review meetings to ensure alignment and decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Information Technology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, or a related field
- Several years of professional experience in Supply Chain Consulting, Implementation or Supply Chain Management
- Strategic thinker with a strong mindset for driving continuous improvement and operational excellence
- Passion for and commitment to a vision of a digitalized, flexible, efficient, and AI-enabled Supply Chain of the future
- Proven experience leading projects related to IT implementations and business transformation initiatives
- Strong business expertise in planning processes and systems (SAP preferred), gained through project work and/or operational roles
- Willingness to work in an international environment and travel regularly as required
- Demonstrated initiative, persuasiveness, assertiveness, and enthusiasm
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in complex environments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional and international teams
- Proactive mindset with a strong willingness to learn, adapt, take ownership, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
