Job Summary
Leads a technical team supporting 20+ web and database applications within the DMLSS Sustainment and Modernization program, providing functional and business process expertise. Serves as primary liaison to the PMO, delivers weekly status updates, and drives execution of development schedules. Coordinates releases, analyzes systems, designs complex solutions, and develops logical data models. Demonstrates strong leadership in client-facing roles, with experience in SQL-based analysis and technologies including Oracle, TOAD, .NET MVC, Angular, and Azure DevOps Server 2022. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience, US citizenship, NACLC clearance, and the ability to work onsite in Northeast Philadelphia on a hybrid schedule (on-site each Wednesday).
