Job Summary
Leads the daily activities of a technical team delivering web-based application development and modernization for the DMLSS SAM program. Provides functional and business-process expertise, liaises with the client PMO, and drives execution of the development schedule across .NET MVC, Angular, Oracle, and SQL-based solutions. conducts Joint Application Development sessions, elicits functional requirements, designs data models, performs advanced SQL analysis, and presents technical/functional updates to diverse audiences. Manages the full application development lifecycle, coordinates synchronized releases, and supports agile/DevOps practices. Requires a Bachelor’s Degree (or 4 years substitute), 8+ years of experience, US citizenship with NACLC eligibility, strong leadership and client-facing skills, and the ability to work onsite in Northeast Philadelphia on a regular basis.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of related experience
- Experience leading development of web-based applications
- Strong leadership and client-facing experience
- Proven experience with .NET MVC, Angular, Oracle Database, SQL
- Experience with Azure DevOps Server 2022
- Ability to work onsite at the client facility in Northeast Philadelphia each Wednesday
- US citizenship with ability to obtain NACLC clearance
- Clear communication of status and engagement with PMO and stakeholders
