Job Summary

Lead the overall IQVIA Community Medical Liaison program for Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine, Neuroscience, ensuring successful delivery of contractual objectives and operational expectations. Serve as the primary project leader and key relationship manager for IQVIA and J&J stakeholders, maintaining governance, reporting cadence, and issue escalation pathways. Partner with Medical Affairs, Marketing, Sales, Advocacy, and Business Development to develop and execute short- and long-term CML strategy. Provide strategic direction for national field execution, including territory coverage, account prioritization, and patient/caregiver education initiatives. Own program planning and operational oversight, including project timelines, deliverables, performance tracking, and risk mitigation. Manage contract-related responsibilities, including scope of work alignment, budget awareness, change control, and resource planning. Lead, coach, mentor, and develop Community Medical Liaisons, creating a high-performing, compliant, and engaged team culture. Conduct field visits and coaching sessions with CML Managers to reinforce program expectations and model best practices. Collect and synthesize marketplace trends, clinical insights, and field observations to inform J&J Neuroscience strategy. Prepare and present program updates, business reviews, and strategic recommendations to IQVIA leadership and J&J stakeholders. Act as a change leader for new initiatives, launches, and process improvements across the team.

Required Qualifications

  • Master's degree in social work, mental health counseling, psychology, nursing, public health, health sciences, or a related healthcare field
  • Advanced clinical licensure or certification in mental health
  • Minimum of seven to ten years of relevant healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical affairs, field leadership, clinical education, social work, behavioral health, or related experience
  • Prior people leadership experience, including coaching, mentoring, performance management, hiring, onboarding, and development of field-based teams
  • Experience leading complex client-facing projects, contract teams, cross-functional initiatives, or field-based healthcare programs
  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders and to serve as a strategic advisor to client leadership
  • Strong understanding of neuroscience, behavioral health, schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, mood disorders, patient/caregiver education, treatment team education, and healthcare delivery systems
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, written communication, and executive-level verbal communication skills in both in-person and virtual settings
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking, business acumen, budget awareness, project management capability, and ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and deliverables
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare compliance, regulatory considerations, privacy requirements, and appropriate field-based medical or educational engagement standards
  • Flexibility to travel locally, regionally, and nationally as needed
  • Valid driver's license
