Job Summary
Coordinate integral design processes for complex rail infrastructure projects, connecting civil engineering, overhead line, and systems disciplines to meet client and stakeholder expectations. Lead design and progress meetings while managing quality, planning, budget, scope, and risks to ensure projects advance successfully. Serve as the primary contact for clients and partners, driving tender and bidding activities both nationally and internationally. Apply BIM and Systems Engineering to optimize design efficiency and foster innovation across multidisciplinary teams. Ensure rigorous quality control through four-eye principles and actively contribute to process improvement and lessons learned evaluations. This role supports sustainable mobility solutions for clients like ProRail and Rijkswaterstaat within a global organization focused on digital transformation and climate impact.
Required Qualifications
- afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding in een technische richting, zoals Civiele Techniek, Werktuigbouwkunde, Technische Bedrijfskunde of vergelijkbaar
- circa 3 tot 5 jaar relevante ervaring als projectleider, ontwerpregisseur of in een vergelijkbare rol binnen integrale infrastructuur- of railprojecten
- kennis van ontwerpprocessen
- ervaring met of affiniteit voor BIM, Systems Engineering en digitalisering
- sterk in stakeholdermanagement
- ervaring met projectbeheersing
- uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels
