Job Summary
Supervise an execution team of 2-10 individuals at a customer site to deliver a product while adhering to internal standards for schedule, cost, risk, and quality. Manage day-to-day project operations by setting goals, tracking performance metrics, and ensuring personnel hours and costs are reported accurately. Communicate project progress and status updates to the customer through regular reports and meetings. Evaluate resource needs, allocate personnel, and hold team members accountable for task execution and work expectations. Maintain up-to-date project plans and perform quality checks on task work. Requires 5+ years of project execution experience, ability to work in field environments like refineries, and 1+ year leading teams.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience executing projects
- 1+ year leading a team of 2-10 people or more
- Experience working in the field (large industrial/complex facilities)
- Understanding of Project Management Fundamentals
- Ability to work at a customer site in the field
- Ability to hold others accountable
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including: Microsoft Project
- Business acumen and communication
- Capable of evaluating resource needs and allocating to personnel
- Effective at communicating expectations, tasks, and procedures to team members, and project status updates, needs, and alerts to customer
- Performs quality checks on task work and records progress, productivity, and quality
- Sense of urgency
- Problem solver
Desired Qualifications
- PMP Certification
- Experience in refineries or chemical plants
- Experience in PowerBI
- Experience in inspection, mechanical integrity and/or reliability services
