Job Summary
Oversee baseline development, maintenance, and execution while supervising schedule development, cost engineering analysis, and earned value management (EVMS) reporting. Provide technical guidance to Project Management and Project Controls staff on planning, scheduling, and risk integration. Manage funds management analysis and identify cost trends for management attention. Respond to data calls from Program Managers and present cost engineering activities. Requires direct experience on a DOE EM FAR-based Tier 1 contract, including proficiency in Primavera P6 and five years of management responsibility.
Required Qualifications
- BS
- 10 years and should include 5 years management responsibility
- direct experience working on a DOE EM FAR-based Tier 1 level contract or other DOE experience within the past 24 months
- Proven experience in project planning and scheduling
- Proficiency in using scheduling tools, particularly Primavera P6
- Strong understanding of engineering, procurement, and construction terminology and concepts
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) requirements
- Prior management experience
