Job Summary
Project Lead to drive operational management of a dynamic team of media activation specialists. Lead strategy and execution across digital platforms, including programmatic, oversee direct buy operations, and guide team development and collaboration. Responsibilities include developing media strategies aligned with KPIs, assisting with annual media investment planning and budget monitoring, resource planning with the media planning team, tracking and reporting on campaigns, leading regular team meetings, and representing the team in discussions with internal and external partners. Requires Bachelor’s degree and at least five years in marketing/project management, with deep knowledge of media campaign planning, buying, optimization, and programmatic advertising; fluency in French and strong communication skills; proficiency with DV360 DSP and CM360 ad server; experience with digital display and CTV media buying. Additional emphasis on strategic thinking, analytical mindset, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, administration or a related field
- Minimum five years’ relevant experience in marketing and project management
- Significant experience in media campaign planning, buying and optimization
- Deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem and current industry trends
- Fluency in French; intermediate English proficiency an asset
- Proficiency in programmatic advertising and the DV360 DSP
- Proficiency with the CM360 ad server
- Knowledge of digital display and connected TV (CTV) media buying
