Project Lead - Lubrication Field Services

Job Summary
Lead a team of technicians while performing oil filtration, dehydration, and high-velocity flushing projects on bulk oil, hydraulic, and turbine systems. Serve as the primary on-site contact for customers, managing project needs and progress while executing confined space reservoir cleaning and preventative maintenance. Operate pumps and filter carts, collect oil samples for condition monitoring, and complete accurate field reports. Follow all safety protocols, including JSAs and BBS observations, while maintaining clean work areas and equipment. Represent the company professionally across pulp, paper, and energy sectors, with flexibility for overnight shifts, overtime, and travel to customer sites.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ Years Experience performing lubrication services such as filtration, dehydration, and oil flushing in an industrial environment including leading crews
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid State Issued Driver's License
- Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort working with pumps, hoses, valves, and tools
- Ability to work safely in industrial settings, including confined areas and elevated platforms
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional overnight, overtime and travel to customer sites
- Clean driving record for the past 3 years
- Basic computer and office skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50lbs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while performing multiple duties/tasks
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team
- Demonstrate a professional and positive attitude during all internal and external customer interactions
- Proven ability to complete position responsibilities within the timeframe allotted
- Self-driven and motivated individual
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Working knowledge of technology with a handheld device
- Ability to follow company safety and quality procedures and guidelines consistently
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in industrial environment including pulp & paper, metals manufacturing, power generation, petrochemical, and oil & gas preferred
- Industry certifications including MLT / MLA
- High Velocity Oil Flushing and/or chemical cleaning experience
- Vibration Analysis Data Collection
- Pipefitting & Millwright experience
- Prior safety training (TWIC, OSHA 10/30, refinery safety, etc.)
