Job Summary
Lead and perform installation and activation of commercial cooking equipment, refrigeration systems, ventilation, and HVAC units. Coordinate system removal, direct project team installers on techniques and safety, and ensure projects meet specifications and timelines. Order materials, interpret technical drawings and pressure readings, and document work using company technology while maintaining clean job sites. This role requires frequent travel, on-call rotation, and overtime, with DOT physical and EPA certification required. Based in Albany, GA, the team supports restaurants, schools, and industrial facilities.
Required Qualifications
- MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A DOT PHYSICAL
- 3–5 years of experience in the HVACR trade or commercial installation environment
- Strong working knowledge of HVACR systems, plumbing, and electrical components
- EPA Certification
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Ability to provide own hand tools
- Strong technical and electrical aptitude
- Ability to work independently and effectively lead a team
- Willingness to work overtime, nights, and weekends as project demands require
- Ability to climb, stoop, balance, crouch, crawl, and kneel frequently
- Ability to safely lift and move items weighing up to 100 lbs
- Ability to work in varying environmental conditions
