Job Summary
Run luxury hospitality design projects from concept to completion, acting as the primary client contact to shape clear design directions. Build and manage project budgets and schedules to keep deliveries on track, while leading the design team daily by guiding work and maintaining momentum. This role supports the firm's growth across international hotels, residential, and lifestyle destinations through a collaborative, high-end design approach.
Required Qualifications
- A degree in interior design or a related field
- 5+ years in hospitality interior design
- Experience managing people and clients
- A strong design sense backed by a creative portfolio
- Hands-on experience with AutoCAD and SketchUp
