Job Summary
Lead the development team across Belgium & The Netherlands, steering projects from land sourcing and acquisition through site preparation and development, to leasing and commercialisation. Act as the main point of contact for the Goodman board and project team, advising on key business decisions, setting objectives and results, and coordinating technical, legal, environmental, and commercial due diligence. The role combines technical and commercial responsibilities and requires strong stakeholder management, feasibility analysis, and an entrepreneurial mindset to identify opportunities and drive value across various stages of property development in an international environment.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of work experience within a strategic consulting firm
- Experience in the Dutch real estate market is a plus
- Good knowledge of Dutch and English
