Project Lead

Project Lead responsible for cross-functional, global leadership to bring a new CGM medical device into the US market. Lead the Continuous Monitoring Lifecycle Team (LCT) with focus on FDA approval, acting as the central point of contact for affiliates, and directing the project team. Develop global product development strategies from initiation to market launch, balance time, cost, and risk, and coordinate with Finance, Project Management, Operations and R&D. Communicate risks and implement risk mitigation plans; lead and motivate project staff in alignment with Roche leadership principles, ensuring timeline adherence, budget management, and efficient resource utilization. Demonstrate leadership to drive cross-LCT and CA/BA project discussions, foster a positive environment, encourage creative ideas, and ensure their execution. The role requires approximately 25% travel and can be based in Rotkreuz (Switzerland), Mannheim (Germany), or Indianapolis (USA).
