Job Summary
Lead the Data Center Construction program by turning capacity targets into executable plans and managing schedules, budgets, and risk across design, procurement, construction, and commissioning. Own integrated master schedules (Primavera P6, MS Project), budgets, cash-flow forecasts, change-order governance, and weekly earned-value reporting. Facilitate phase-gate reviews, maintain RACI matrices, manage contract lifecycles (RFP/bid/award/close-out), and drive mitigation of critical-path risks. Provide strategic direction to cross-functional project delivery teams, develop staffing plans, oversee performance management, and lead standups, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure accountability and continuous improvement. Requires a B.S./B.E./B.A. in an engineering discipline with construction-management qualification, 10+ years of project-management experience in relevant sectors, and travel of about 50%+. Desirable certifications include PMI-PMP or PRINCE2. Proficiency with scheduling (P6/Project), cost (Procore, Ares, Excel), and collaboration tools (Smartsheet, Confluence). Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to align diverse stakeholders across regions and time zones.
Required Qualifications
- B.S/B.E/B.A in engineering or related field
- 10+ years project-management experience in hyperscale data center, large industrial, or infrastructure builds
- PMI-PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification desirable
- Proficiency with scheduling and cost tools (Primavera P6, MS Project, Procore, Ares, Excel)
- Strong leadership and cross-functional team-building abilities
- Excellent communication; ability to present to executives and trades
- Willingness to travel 50%+ to active sites
