Job Summary
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex commercial interior fitout projects by developing schedules, budgets, and resource allocations. Collaborate with designers, architects, and contractors to translate client visions into reality while implementing sustainable practices aligned with ESG goals. Manage client relationships, coordinate with internal teams for integrated delivery, and track costs to ensure financial targets are met. Identify project risks, manage change control processes, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and building codes. Lead project meetings to provide status updates and mentor junior team members. Located in Hyderabad, this role requires 40 weekly hours and a Bachelor's degree in architecture, interior design, or construction management with 7+ years of experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in commercial fitout project management
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building systems, and fitout processes
- Proficiency in project management software and CAD/BIM tools
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with sustainable design and construction practices
Desired Qualifications
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, LEED AP, WELL AP) preferred
