Job Summary
Lead project teams and establish organizational structures for end-to-end project delivery from pre-design through completion. Manage project budgets, facilitate negotiations with authorities, and represent the company to clients, investors, and industry associations. Retain new business contacts and repeat clients while promoting JLL offerings to prospects and landlord networks. Manage team members effectively, drive their contributions, and make tough operational decisions. Requires 15 years of experience in design, construction, and project management, fluency in Bahasa and English, and a degree in a relevant property discipline. 48 weekly hours on-site in Chennai, TN.
Required Qualifications
- degree in relevant property-related discipline
- minimum of 15 years' experience in design, construction and project management
- in-depth understanding of local codes and legislation
- fluent in both written and spoken Bahasa and English
- native tongue
