Job Summary
Lead MEP/CIVIL project management from initiation through closing for a real estate/construction program. Responsible for planning, designing, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning and final handover of projects, defining scope and objectives, allocating resources, and managing tender and procurement for contractors and suppliers. Support contract management and VO management, assist construction manager with installation, site inspection, and contractor oversight. Develop risk management plans, address health & safety, and identify and communicate client needs to drive successful project execution. Build high-performing teams, represent the company to clients, and coordinate across English and Chinese business communications. On-site leadership in Kochi, overseeing project phases, schedules, budgeting, and change orders while ensuring alignment with client requirements and company goals.
Required Qualifications
- degree in MEP/CIVIL engineering-related discipline
- five years of combined educational and work experience
- experience in construction site management
- strong understanding of development management including financial appraisal, risk management, negotiation
