Job Summary
Support global T&T projects including regulatory deployments, sourcing changes, portfolio extensions, and manufacturing initiatives. Monitor KPIs such as aggregation efficiency, reject rates, empty cases, data quality, and compliance performance. Lead root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining governance, reporting, and risk management standards. Develop and maintain procedures, training materials, and knowledge-sharing platforms. This one-year contract includes a standard CET schedule (09:00-18:00) with one day of remote work per week. The role offers a gross salary starting at 30,000 EUR, meal vouchers, medical insurance, and access to LinkedIn Learning for IT and soft skills training. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Automation, IT, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing and industrial automation
- Proven project management experience
- Experience with KPI management, problem solving, and performance improvement programs
