Project Lead (Data Centre)

Job Summary
Lead full lifecycle delivery of hyperscale and greenfield data center projects—from site selection and design through construction, commissioning, and handover. Oversee multidisciplinary teams including internal staff, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure milestones are met on time, within budget, and to specification. Champion safety, quality, and sustainability standards across all phases of development. Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and risk mitigation plans; ensure compliance with local regulations and environmental standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 15+ years of experience in large-scale infrastructure or data center projects
- At least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of successful mission critical facility project delivery
