Project Lead

The Project Lead serves as the “voice of the customer” from estimate through on-site delivery, ensuring 100% customer satisfaction on all sales orders. Responsibilities include coordinating with engineering, approving submittals, scheduling with production, and managing on-site delivery with the customer and transportation. Acts as the main point of contact for customers and vendors on assigned sales orders, monitors project costs and contract compliance, attends job meetings, and balances customer and organizational needs throughout the project lifecycle. Responsible for managing multiple sales orders, initiating turnover and kickoff meetings, ensuring complete information and paperwork, confirming scope and values, and aligning production schedules with the customer ship date in AX. Provides direction to the project team (engineering, production planning, transportation, procurement, accounting), prepares change order proposals, tracks progress, proactively solves problems, and drives continuous improvement. May coordinate site visits, resolve post-sale issues, identify/requisition special purchase items, manage submittals/approvals with customers, and communicate delivery needs with Transportation. Works cross-functionally with sales, inside sales, operations, and management and is grounded in strong organizational and communication skills. Requires the ability to review production schematics and engineering drawings and experience in construction or precast concrete industries.
