Job Summary
Lead project strategy, resource allocation, budget creation, and progress monitoring for launches; act as liaison between internal and external stakeholders, providing clear updates and managing expectations; oversee contracts and deliverables with vendors; implement best practices to ensure efficient project execution and identify areas for improvement. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering (or similar) and 3-8 years of project management experience with a proven on-time, on-budget delivery track record. Prior automotive launch experience is preferred; German language skills are highly desired. Relocation support and corporate housing options are available. Reports to CEO.
Required Qualifications

- 3-8 years of project management experience
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Prior automotive launch experience (preferred)
- German language skills (highly desired)
