Job Summary
The Project Landscape Designer prepares and develops site plans, specifications, and cost estimates for land development. Key responsibilities include collaborating with project teams, conducting site analyses, landscape architecture design, and producing project documentation to meet contractual agreements. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Landscape Architecture, along with 10+ years of relevant experience and proficiency in key design software. Successful candidates will manage project priorities effectively while ensuring quality and client satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Landscape Architecture
- 10+ years of experience in landscape architecture and/or site design
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Supervise others effectively
- Manage multiple project priorities simultaneously
- Meet deadlines consistently
Desired Qualifications
- Environmental accreditation preferred
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Proficiency in Revit
- Proficiency in Rhino
- Proficiency in Grasshopper
- Experience in client management
- Experience in project management
- Effective communication skills
