Job Summary
Lead and manage survey and GIS projects from proposal through execution, serving as the primary liaison with clients and overseeing all project phases. Develop and review proposals, contracts, and financial plans; conduct field surveys with attention to data accuracy and safety; manage scheduling, resources, and coordination across internal teams and external partners; oversee production and QA of survey maps, GIS data, and technical documentation; provide mentorship to staff and maintain detailed project records and regulatory documentation. Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D and ArcGIS with experience using GPS, total stations, and data collectors; strong geospatial data analysis, topographic mapping, and legal boundary assessment knowledge; proven leadership, time management, and communication abilities. Active PLS or Ohio PS license and 5+ years of experience in surveying and GIS project management with staff supervision and client interaction.
Required Qualifications
