Job Summary
Attend job start-up and weekly progress meetings, coordinate agendas, and prepare submittals, RFIs, and change orders. Assist with estimating, purchasing, scheduling, and job management by updating project schedules, tracking close-out documentation, and preparing quantity takeoffs. Organize drawings and specifications for trade contractors, review bids, and expedite shop drawings while qualifying long-lead items. Prepare daily and two-week look-ahead reports, maintain drawing sets, and administer safety programs at the jobsite. Develop skills in Project Management Software including Viewpoint and Bluebeam.

- Ability to identify qualifications or clarifications to bid
- Ability to assist with bid day activities
- Ability to prepare and issue purchasing documents
- Ability to monitor timeliness of purchases
- Ability to expedite shop drawings
- Ability to qualify and identify long lead time items
- Ability to visit the site to familiarize with site conditions
- Ability to assist in preparation of Superintendents daily reports
- Ability to prepare two week look ahead schedule
- Ability to maintain current drawing / documents sets
- Ability to participate in and document sub-contractor meetings
- Ability to assist in preparation and review of all required permits
- Ability to maintain a safe jobsite
- Ability to administer Executive Construction's safety program
- Ability to work with installers to understand their role and the construction process
- Ability to prepare field driven RFIs / issues
- Ability to submit RFIs / issues to Project Team
- Ability to develop skills in Project Management Software
