Job Summary
Develop and maintain the interface management plan and register within the document control system. Identify and track technical, schedule, and functional interfaces among the EPC contractor, subcontractors, vendors, and third parties. Facilitate cross-discipline meetings to monitor and resolve interface issues while coordinating with engineering and construction teams for timely deliverable handoffs. Escalate critical interface risks to the Site/Construction Manager and Project Controls Manager. Support commissioning activities, including interface coordination and system handovers, and document, track, and verify resolution of all interface points prior to project turnover.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 20 years of experience in project management and industrial site construction, including interface coordination management
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent work experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation, including: Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), Piping Plans and Elevations, Piping Isometrics
- Strong interface coordination and project management skills
- Ability to collaborate across multiple disciplines and stakeholders
