Project Integrator Intern (Summer 2027) (Onsite)

Participate in program reviews, meetings, internal handoffs, and customer meetings while interfacing with functional leads to support cross-team collaboration. Support the proposal development process for new contracts and assist the program management team in resolving issues by reviewing and analyzing key program metrics to drive corrective actions. Utilize technical, financial, and schedule metrics alongside various project management methodologies to ensure programs meet customer objectives through rapid issue closure. Work within a results-based culture focused on continuous improvement, collaborating closely with program management leads to apply problem-solving techniques. Gain exposure to managing programs through the product life cycle from proposal through post-delivery support within the Germany and Netherlands Patriot Program Area.
