Job Summary
Coordinate activities across Bombardier Service Centers, including leading meetings to plan and resolve issues, support customer aircraft modifications and enablement activities (engineering charge lines, purchase orders, and related items), monitor customer proposals and engineering bids, and communicate effectively with suppliers and management to drive tasks to completion. Requires a minimum of 5 years in aviation and a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in an aircraft technical field; proficiency with MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and MS Project; strong people, organizational, and communication skills; and the ability to present to various levels within the company.
Required Qualifications
- minimum of 5 years of relevant aviation experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in an aircraft technical field
- working knowledge of MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and MS Project
- people skills to motivate and drive team to meet schedule and budget commitments
- strong organizational & time management skills
- strong communication skills to ensure clear, consistent, and timely information sharing within the team and across functional areas
- ability to generate and give presentations to various levels in the company
