Job Summary
Lead the Information Management function on major transport infrastructure projects in Australia, coordinating across BIM, Automation, GIS, CAD, and VFX teams to enforce document control and information-exchange workflows. Drive alignment with project scope, standards, and client requirements, contribute to digital delivery plans, identify and mitigate digital delivery risks, and help embed delivery toolkits within ANZ digital teams. Communicate effectively across project levels, oversee live project environments, and support continuous improvement of digital delivery capabilities. Flexible/hybrid work arrangements are available, with an emphasis on integrated collaboration across delivery streams and across organizational boundaries.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Architectural Technology, or related discipline (preferred)
- demonstrated experience in digital delivery systems and information management for infrastructure/transport projects (advantageous)
- experience with BIM and related digital workflows (relevant)
- familiarity with digital delivery platforms such as ProjectWise (advantageous)
- strong communication skills across technical and client-facing stakeholders
Additional Requirements
- Australian citizenship preferred for the portfolio role
- demonstrated experience prioritized over formal degree
