Project Information Manager Lead

Job Summary
Lead the implementation and optimization of the PIM system, define and enforce data governance frameworks, and oversee data quality across systems. Collaborate cross-functionally to gather requirements and improve data processes, manage integrations between PIM and ERP/DAM/CRM/eCommerce, drive master data management initiatives, lead data migration and onboarding for new products or acquisitions, and develop KPIs to track data quality and system performance. Provide training and support to users and stay updated on industry trends in data and information management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- Master’s degree (preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data management, PIM, or MDM roles
- Hands-on experience with PIM platforms (e.g., SAP Commerce, Informatica, Stibo Systems, Akeneo, Salsify)
- Experience working in cross-functional and global environments
- Strong understanding of data governance and data quality management
- Expertise in product data lifecycle management
- Knowledge of system integrations and data modeling
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Project management experience (Agile/Scrum preferred)
- Preferred skills: regulated industries, regulatory compliance, BI tools (Power BI, Tableau), certifications (PMP, DAMA)
