Project Implementation

Responsibilities include installation, commissioning, and maintenance of automated warehouse and sorting equipment (4-way shuttle cars, conveyors, shuttle systems, lifts, AGVs); develop technical project proposals and conduct cost assessments; collect and organize equipment failure points to build a knowledge base; create and update electrical maintenance manuals; conduct technical training for internal and external clients to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
