Job Summary
Project Hydrogeologist to support mining-sector site characterization, data analysis, and development of conceptual models. Responsibilities include hydrogeologic investigations (aquifer parameter estimation, groundwater-surface water interaction evaluation, groundwater fate and transport evaluation), analytical or numerical groundwater modeling, data summarization and reporting, and work planning. Will interact with diverse project teams across geographies, contribute to proposal development, and mentor junior staff. Requires ability to travel up to 10% and a hybrid work arrangement with both remote and office-based work; role primarily office-based with field assignments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hydrogeology, Hydrology, or related field
- 7+ years of related experience
- Strong ability to interpret data, identify and address data gaps, and communicate investigation findings to internal and external teams
- Ability to work independently and to mentor junior staff
