Job Summary
Assist with installation and service of commercial HVAC systems while following safety protocols and company policies. Support technicians in diagnosing system issues and performing repairs, and help load, unload, and transport tools, materials, and equipment to job sites. Learn to interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and project specifications, and maintain accurate service records, project documentation, and daily reports. Communicate effectively with project managers, customers, and fellow technicians. Attend training sessions and pursue licensing or certification as required. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and EPA Section 608 Universal Certification needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of commercial HVAC service experience
- EPA Section 608 Universal Certification
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to learn electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
- Able in refrigeration, electrical, and HVAC controls
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
