Project HSE Supervisor

Job Summary
Oversee and manage site HSE projects for a large international Life Sciences account in Zurich and Luzern, driving visible leadership commitment to safety and embedding a culture of health, safety and wellness within the PJM team and suppliers. Ensure designs are safe and compliant with laws, regulations and company standards; develop and implement HSE programs; conduct audits and ensure incident reporting procedures are followed; support project teams with supervision and coaching, and assist with contractor pre-qualification and client project planning requirements. Requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, strong communication in English and German, and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field with professional safety certifications.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Environ, Science, OHS, Engineering or a related field
- Professional certifications (e.g. Certified Safety Professional)
- Minimum of 2-3 years of related experience within pharmaceutical environments
- Experience in Swiss/Eu regulatory frameworks (optional but valuable)
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Client-focused approach
- Proficient English
- Fluent in English and German
