Job Summary
Health & Safety Specialist for the Aurora Project in Pozo Almonte, Tarapacá, Chile, responsible for implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving the Occupational Health and Safety Management System during construction. Acts as the owner's representative (SPV) before contractors, authorities, and stakeholders; identifies and controls risks, ensures compliance with regulations and ISO 45001, leads audits and investigations, coordinates corrective actions, and drives continuous improvement to ensure on-site safety and integrity in line with company standards and indicators.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in "Occupational Risk Prevention Engineering" or a related field
- More than 5 years of experience in Occupational Health and Safety, specifically in field-based roles with similar responsibilities (required)
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in positions related to the construction of renewable energy projects, electrical substations, and high-voltage lines. Experience in utility-scale photovoltaic plants will be highly valued
- Valid Class B driver’s license (required)
