Job Summary
Provide governance, coordination, and oversight of cross-functional innovation and supply chain workstreams. Support leadership decision-making through structured analysis, reporting, dashboards, and insights. Drive SKU portfolio optimization and rationalization initiatives, including performance analysis and scenario evaluation. Coordinate with global stakeholders across Supply Chain, Planning, Manufacturing, Finance, Marketing, Procurement, and Engineering. Support transformation initiatives by standardizing processes, defining best practices, and improving ways of working. Contribute to the development and improvement of analytical tools, dashboards, and reporting frameworks. Track progress, risks, and priorities across multiple initiatives with strong attention to detail. This high-visibility individual contributor role is based in Mexico City with frequent interaction with global stakeholders and senior leaders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field
- 3–5+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, planning, analytics, project governance, or transformation roles
- Experience within FMCG, Food & Beverage, Consumer Goods, or Alcoholic Beverages industries
- Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel
- Experience with Power BI, dashboards, Power Apps, or similar analytical tools
- Working knowledge of SAP
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and self‐leadership skills; comfortable interacting with senior leadership
- Based in Mexico City
- Frequent interaction with global stakeholders and senior leaders
