Job Summary
Monitor project financial performance including revenue, costs, margin, WIP, and cashflow while collaborating with Project Managers on budget creation, fee calculations, and forecasting. Execute variance and scenario analyses to translate data into practical advice on profitability, invoicing, and cash flow management. Support the monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing process with accruals, reconciliations, and management reporting dashboards. Ensure accurate project setup, coding structures, and cost allocation while reviewing timesheets and identifying execution inefficiencies. Contribute to business-wide budgeting, audit preparation, and financial process automation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor in Finance, Accounting of Bedrijfseconomie
- Ongeveer 5 tot 7 jaar ervaring in project control, financial control of business control
- Een goed begrip van financiële rapportage en project accounting
- Gevorderde Excel-vaardigheden
- Vloeiend Engels
- Analytisch en gestructureerd, met oog voor detail
- Comfortabel met het uitdagen van cijfers en aannames
- In staat om financiële informatie begrijpelijker te maken voor niet-financiële collega's
- Proactief, hands-on en verbetergericht
Desired Qualifications
- Ervaring in een projectgedreven, bij voorkeur internationale organisatie is een sterke plus, denk aan architectuur, engineering of consultancy
- Goede beheersing van het Nederlands is een pré
