Project Financial Analyst II

Project Financial Analyst II supports the Business Unit Controller with monthly revenue and backlog reporting, budgeting and forecasting processes, and project-level financial analyses. Responsibilities include loading project budgets into Oracle/Revenue Wizard, preparing actual vs. forecast variance analyses, drafting monthly forecasts of financial results, ensuring timely close-outs and reconciliations, reviewing Work Orders and Change Orders, and creating key reports and analyses (annual cost and expense budgets, cost rates, utilization, headcount, backlog, gross profit). The role requires collaboration with the Business Unit Controller, participation in project meetings, and ensuring accuracy of forecast data across assigned projects. Qualifications include a BA/BS in Business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent, with pharmaceutical/CRO experience preferred, strong English, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software (Oracle Finance preferred). The role is full-time with a salary range of $56,400 to $95,900 and offers benefits such as health coverage, 401k, stock purchase eligibility, and PTO; candidate experience and proficiency determine final compensation.
