Job Summary
Lead project finance transactions from origination through close, structuring and negotiating financing agreements with tax equity and debt partners. Manage relationships with investors, lenders, and strategic partners while overseeing financial modeling, valuation, and transaction analysis. Support strategic decision-making across the project portfolio and collaborate cross-functionally with development, legal, and operations teams. Mentor junior team members as appropriate. This senior role requires a track record of closing financing transactions and renewable energy experience, with a base salary of $130K–$160K plus bonus in a hybrid setting in Arlington, VA.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 5–10+ years of experience in project finance or renewable energy
- Proven track record leading and closing financing transactions
- Strong financial modeling and deal structuring experience
- Renewable energy experience
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
