Job Summary
Conduct due diligence on greenfield and brownfield projects, review and negotiate project finance documentation, and attend client meetings with a high degree of direct contact. Collaborate across offices and departments to support business development activities and client briefings while leading your own workstreams alongside junior and senior colleagues. Manage an intensive workload requiring consistently high performance in challenging cross-border transactions across diverse sectors. This junior to mid-level lawyer role offers exposure to top-tier cross-border work within Clifford Chance's Tokyo team, integrated with regional Asia Pacific and global practices.
Required Qualifications
- 0-6 years' post-qualification experience
