Project Finance Associate I

Maintain project-related financial data in the project management system by coding costs for subconsultant expenses, expense reports, and vendor invoices with appropriate project accounting codes. Update the system by translating client and project workplan data based on contract and change order reviews, ensuring costs are properly coded and allocated while managing cost transfers. Support the finance team by reviewing and approving invoices, verifying billed costs, and generating routine internal financial performance reports. Review vendor and subconsultant invoices for accuracy, including DBE and insurance certificate requirements, and track internal workflow status for approvals. Assist in subcontracting processes and proposal development, including gross margin analysis and cost proposal alignment with client formats.
