Job Summary
Supports Business Unit Controller in recording monthly revenue for Unit, Fee for Service and Fixed Price contracts; loads project budgets into Oracle/Revenue Wizard and maintains project data in Oracle; prepares project-level actual vs. budget/forecast variance analysis and monthly reports; coordinates monthly forecasting of financial results (backlog) and meets deadlines for submittals; prepares project close-out reconciliations and escalations as needed; serves as a key contact for interpretation of financial results for Project Managers/Leads; reviews Work Orders and Change Orders for anomalies; collaborates to capture, consolidate results and prepare reports on annual cost/expense budgets, cost rates, forecasting, utilization, headcount, revenue backlog, and gross profit; assists in running P&L and G/L detail and ad hoc reports; attends project meetings, kick-off meetings, and monthly review meetings to ensure forecast accuracy; acts as back-up for BUC; minimal travel up to 25%.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent education and experience
- Strong English proficiency
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proficiency with accounting software packages
