Project Finance Analyst II

Project Finance Analyst II responsibilities include supporting the Business Unit Controller with revenue recording for Unit, Fee for Service and Fixed Price contracts; loading project budgets into Oracle/Revenue Wizard; maintaining project data in Oracle; drafting project-level actual vs. budget/forecast variance analyses and monthly reports; forecasting financial results (backlog); meeting deadlines for revenue and backlog submittals; preparing project close-out reconciliations; reviewing Work Orders and Change Orders for anomalies; collaborating with the Controller to capture, assess, and consolidate results; drafting reports such as annual cost and expense budgets, cost rates, forecasting, monthly utilization, headcount, revenue backlog analysis, and gross profit; updating predefined reports; attending project meetings and kick-off meetings to capture data for new projects; monitoring revenues, gross profit, receivables, unbilled amounts, and project close-outs.”,
